Sunset World Group Resorts Receives Gold Crown, Excellence in Service and Premier All-Inclusive Awards

In recent days, a ceremony was held in which the four Sunset World Group resorts received the Gold Crown, Excellence in Service and All-Inclusive Premier awards from RCI (Resort Condominiums International), so the the group reaffirms its position as a leader in the vacation club sector in Cancun and the Riviera Maya.

Hacienda Tres Ríos, Sunset Royal, Sunset Marina and Sunset Fishermen received the Gold Crown award, which they have received consecutively since their respective openings. On the other hand, Sunset Royal and Sunset Marina also received the Excellence in Service and All-Inclusive Premier awards. The Gold Crown award is given by RCI to resorts that are benchmarks of superior quality and exceptional service; the Excellence in Service award, for exceptional service of the staff and the All-Inclusive Premier award, for high quality cuisine.

At the ceremony, which took place at the Sunset Marina hotel, were Orlando Arroyo, President and CEO of Sunset World Group, and Daniel Arroyo, member of the group’s Board of Directors. On behalf of RCI there were Juan Ignacio Rodríguez, Executive Director for RCI LATAM and Caribbean and Global Business Development, Ana Laura Acevedo, Senior Vice President of Business Development and Marketing, Alejandra Espinosa, Director of Business Development and Development Services for LATAM, Carolina Zapata, Business Development Manager and Jazziel Rodríguez, Account Executive and Business Development.
