Grand Aspen Resort Condominium Association board of directors and owners announced today The Aspen Mountain Residences, a reintroduction and rebranding of the property formerly known as the Hyatt Grand Aspen.

Located in the center of Aspen’s “front-row,” steps from Aspen’s iconic Ajax Mountain and its gondola, The Aspen Mountain Residences are private fractional condominium accommodations ranging from studios through four-bedroom units, all with fireplaces and private balconies offering front row panoramic mountain views, well-appointed kitchens, spa tubs and steam showers.

They will report directly to the board, delivering on a culture which will be increasingly collaborative, entrepreneurial and transparent.
