COCM Expands Portfolio with Addition of Management Responsibilities at The Suites on Paseo

Capstone On-Campus Management (“COCM”) is pleased to announce its recent selection to serve as the manager of The Suites on Paseo. Located in beautiful San Diego, California, The Suites on Paseo is adjacent to San Diego State University and has 384 total rental units.

The community is comprised of three buildings, each having floor lounges and a Zen-Style courtyard. Other amenities include a tanning space, hot tub, theatre, fitness center, common area laundry, and a large common kitchen known as The Cookery. The community has both one-person and two-person rooms. COCM is working to create an environment that will be strong in connections, community, and convenience.

This selection results from the stellar work COCM did during the recent management transition at Live 929 Apartments in Baltimore, MD. The 100% bondholder for Live 929 Apartments, which also owns The Suites on Paseo, was impressed with the transition plan, the communication, and the persistent work ethic of the entire COCM team involved. Michelle Smith, Regional Vice President for COCM, will manage the operations for this community.
