December 29: The Book of Boba Fett on Disney+ Hotstar

This fantasy series is a Star Wars’ franchise spin-off. It features the bounty hunter Boba Fett and mercenary Fennec Shand, navigating the galaxy’s underworld when they return to the sands of Tatooine to stake their claim on the territory once ruled by Jabba the Hutt and his crime syndicate. It stars Temuera Morrison and Ming-Na Wen.

December 31: The Lost Daughter on Netflix

A woman’s quiet seaside vacation takes an unsettling turn when her fixation with a young mother staying at a nearby villa awakens memories from her past. Maggie Gyllenhaal makes her directorial debut from a script she adapted from the novel by Elena Ferrante. The movie stars Olivia Colman, Dakota Johnson, Jessie Buckley, among others.

December 31: Stay Close on Netflix

With trademark thrills, gripping suspense and secrets of past crimes beginning to unravel, Stay Close questions how much you really know someone. Four people each conceal dark secrets from those closest to them. As the past comes back to haunt, threatening to ruin their lives and of those around them, what will be their next move?

January 1: Harry Potter 20th Anniversary: Return to Hogwarts on Amazon Prime Video

The retrospective special invites fans on a magical first-person journey through one of the most-beloved film franchises of all time, as it reunites Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, Emma Watson, and other esteemed cast members as well as filmmakers across all eight Harry Potter films. This is to celebrate the anniversary of the franchise’s first film, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone.
