The World Whiskey Society recently launched worldwhiskey.com, showcasing ultra-premium collections of rare expressions with extraordinary bottle designs previously unavailable to even the most sophisticated whiskey enthusiasts. Direct-to-customer shipping is now available throughout the US.

The 8-Year-Old Doc Holliday is now available online and is extremely limited.
The WWS’s most recent collection features an homage to “the slickest gunslinger of the west,” Doc Holliday. Originally distilled by the Lovell family in Mt. Airy, GA, this straight bourbon whiskey has a unique mash bill consisting of corn, malted corn, rye, and malted barley distilled by the late Ivy Mountain Distillery in 2015 where the remaining barrels were sold and moved to Texas for two brief years. The double climate maturation conditions, along with its malted corn mash bill worked together over the past eight years to create this very rich and full-body whiskey with notes of sweet caramel and chocolate orange.
