Kangana Ranaut has wrapped shooting of her action-packed film ‘Dhaakad’. Pictures of the actress from her wrap-up party in Budapest have surfaced online.
The 34-year-old actress upped her glam quotient in a white sheer and lace corset top paired with white pants.
The ‘Judgementall Hai Kya’ took to Instagram and shared pictures where she could be seen acing a white-and-gold look wearing a white corset bralette teamed with matching pants.
Kangana accessorised it with chunky gold jewellery and finished the chic look by tying her hair into a high bun.
She shared more pictures on her Instagram story.
Kangana captioned her final post with a quote from the legendary poet, Ghalib: “Mohabbat mein nahi hai farak jeene aur marne ka, usi ko dekh kar jeete hain jis kafir pe dum nikle. -Ghalib.”
After the post went viral, netizens started slamming the actress for being a “hypocrite”.
For the unversed, Kangana was called out for being dubious because of her previous remarks that she made on women who wore torn jeans. This happened back when her Twitter account was still active.
The ‘Gangster’ actress had shamed contemporary achievers for sporting ‘torn jeans’, saying that they didn’t uphold culture like the ancient women used to.
And now, inviting the same trolling, the actress was called out on “double standards” for her choice of clothes in her recent pictures.
One user wrote, “Weren’t you the one who questioned other Bollywood actors and Rihanna for their choice of clothing? What changed? Did BJP kick you out?”, while another commented, “Yeh wahi actress hai na jisne fatti jeans and culture of India pe lecture diye the.”
Hitting the trolls back with a jibe of her very own, the actress uploaded a story with a caption that read: “People who giving me gyan about Sanatana dharma please know you sound so Abrahamic…”
Helmed by director Razneesh Razy Ghai, ‘Dhaakad’ is a spy thriller, in which Kangana will be seen essaying the role of an officer named Agent Agni.
Actors Arjun Rampal and Divya Dutt are also a part of the upcoming movie. Apart from ‘Dhaakad’, Kangana has several other films, inclucding ‘Thalaivi’, ‘Tejas’ and ‘Manikarnika Returns: The Legend Of Didda’, in her kitty.
