xQc Hits Back at Keemstar Who Tried to Remind Him That He Was Banned for Homophobic Remarks From Overwatch

Twitch streamer Felix “xQc” Lengyel laid it out on American YouTuber Daniel “Keemstar” Keem, after the latter reminded him about his antics on Overwatch in 2018.

The back and forth between the two began when Keemstar berated Esports host Jake Lucky for calling out YouTuber IShowSpeed’s trash talk on Valorant.

Lucky posted clips of the YouTuber’s remarks while playing Valorant, which came to the attention of Riot Games, who later banned the creator from the FPS title. The YouTuber has since put out an apology for his sexist comments to his teammates on the game. However, Keemstar called out Lucky for his actions, and he felt that the popular Esports host had “racial motivations” to cancel the YouTuber.

xQc later chimed in on Keemstar’s tweets by responding that Lucky was right by calling out the remarks from IShowSpeed. However, Keemstar pointed out the Twitch streamer’s hypocrisy, as he once fell in trouble over the homophobic comments he made, which eventually lead to his expulsion from Overwatch.

Felix responded to Keemstar’s attempts to shut him down, by mentioning that the incident took place almost 4 years ago, and he has since changed. Along with that, xQc noted that anyone can change, and he stated that it was important for people to become better.

Felix has stood by Jake Lucky’s side regarding this controversy, and made it clear to Keemstar that he’s no pushover, especially when it comes to things from his notorious past.
