Microsoft has finally introduced the Xbox Stereo headset for the Indian market. Xbox has now made some crucial upgrades in the accessories section as well after enjoying success with the consoles.
Xbox Stereo headset price and availability
The Xbox Stereo headset has been made available for the Indian market long after its global launch. This accessory is now available on Amazon for Rs 5,394 through the e-commerce giant in India.
This headset has a more affordable price compared to the similar product that Sony is selling. For example, the Pulse 3D Wireless Headset that connects to the Playstation 5 is being sold on Amazon with a price tag of Rs 10,499.
Xbox is also expected to introduce a wireless version of the same headset. There are no official details about the price of the same but it can be assumed that it will cost more than the wired variant.
Xbox Stereo Headset key specifications
The Xbox Stereo headset supports spatial sound technology which includes support for DTS HeadphoneX, Windows Sonic and Dolby Atmos. The spatial audio offers a better experience making this accessory more lucrative for both console and PC gamers. The headset also sports an adjustable mic which can be moved when not required. Moreover, the on-ear controls bring in a more immersive overall experience.
The 3.5mm audio jack that comes with the headset can be directly plugged into your Wireless Controller. Although this version of the headset is wired, Xbox is working on a Wireless Stereo Headset that is going to launch soon. The company has also revealed that the wireless version has passed the BIS certification and has also been cleared by Redington and Microsoft.
