Ever since the actor made his debut on the seventh season of the ‘cult’ show ‘Koffee With Karan’, Vijay is being hailed for his simplicity and down-to-earth personality.
On being asked about what floated his boat as an actor, Vijay had a humble answer that every middleclass person with dreams could relate to.

“You have dreams but you don’t know if it’s even okay to have the dream. Your own family will tell you don’t dream so big. When I was growing up, I saw Shah Rukh coming from Delhi or Chiranjeevi Garu back home coming from nothing. They gave you this glimmer of hope that it can be done. I think I need to do the same for my generation,” said the actor.
The actor’s response of being inspired by actors like Khan and Chiranjeevi and making it big in the industry despite starting his career as an outsider having nothing says a lot about him.
Fans were impressed by Vijay’s modest and free-from-vanity charm.
