Vampire Survivors: The Tides of the Foscari DLC Now Out

Vampire Survivors, the indie game which stole our hearts last year with its roguelike, shoot-em up gameplay in a minimalist style, launched its second DLC on April 15. While Vampire Survivors needs no introduction with its nominations at The Game Awards 2022, and D.I.C.E. Awards wins earlier this year, The Tides of the Foscari is the latest downloadable addition to the game. Vampire Survivors gets its 2nd DLC

Vampire Survivors first launched in Early-Access back in 2021, introducing its retro style of gameplay packed with action, that soon became very popular. Soon after its global launch in 2022, it got mentioned multiple times in some of the most iconic award shows of the gaming industry. The game received its first DLC, Legacy of the Moonspell, in December 2022.

Legacy of the Moonspell introduced us to a new stage, the snow-clad Mountains of the East, where the sun doesn’t rise. Along with it, we got eight new characters, including the Moonspell clan. The latest DLC, The Tides of the Foscari, has added a lush, vibrant forest, concealing a school of “magic” — Foscari Academy.

Eight new characters have once again been introduced, including “powerful wizards.” While the first four are included in the game, the other four will be unlocked as you progress through the game. Other new additions also include 13 new weapons, and seven new music tracks.

The Tides of the Foscari — price, platforms, and other details

Vampire Survivors: The Tides of the Foscari is now available in the Xbox Store for Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and PC, at Rs 99. With Game Pass, you can download the DLC for Rs 89.10. The DLC is also available on Steam for Rs 89. The base game of Vampire Survivors, on the other hand, is available at Rs 229 and Rs 249 on the Xbox Store and Steam respectively.
