Vampire Survivors DLC, Legacy of Moonspell, Adds The Biggest Stage Yet With New Characters and More

Vampire Survivors is an Indie title that released back in October 2022. It is a time survival game, where players get to use simplistic controls and roguelite elements. Devils from Hell have descended and now the players only have the option to fight them off and survive till they can. Death will always end their run, but the gold collected through multiple runs can help with upgrading the next survivor.

The developers of this title, Poncle, have now announced that the Indie title will be receiving its first DLC on December 15, 2022. The brand new DLC for Vampire Survivors has been dubbed as ‘Legacy of Moonspell’ and it is all set to introduce new characters, new weapons and the biggest stage in the game yet. The Steam page for the game hasn’t listed the DLC yet, but it will be priced a $1.99.

First, let’s talk about the new stage, Mt. Moonspell. Mt. Moonspell will be the biggest stage in the game yet, and this sprawling area will include different environments such as snow-covered mountains and an infected yokai village. In total, 8 new characters will be introduced in the latest DLC, 4 of which have already been introduced.

Miang Moonspell, Menya Moonspell, Syuuto Moonspell and Babi-Onna are the characters that have already been introduced, we will get to know about the other 4 on a later date. There will be 13 new weapons introduced in the Legacy of Moonspell, 6 new music tracks to increase the immersion and of course new enemy types to keep players invested in Vampire Survivors.
