The VCT Pacific is one of three international leagues in the newly created VCT structure. They will have to qualify through these leagues in order to participate in Valorant Masters and Champions competitions.

VCT Pacific is scheduled to begin on March 25, 2023 and last until March 28. In the play-offs stage, ten teams will be participating and one of them is India’s very own Global Esports team. It is a LAN Tournament and the event will take place in Seoul, South Korea. Interested players can check out the livestream of VCT Pacific either on their official YouTube or Twitch channels.

Global Esports CEO provides update on player visas

As mentioned earlier, one of the ten teams in the play-offs stage is from India, which is Global Esports. Its CEO, Rushindra Sinha, has provided an update on the players’ visa situation. According to a report by AFKGaming, Sinha has provided several updates on various occasions.

The first one was through a stream when Sinha told fans that all documents have been submitted and are being processed, at the moment, all the team can do is “wait and watch.” The next update came on March 15, when Sinha informed the fans that the visas could arrive in the same week or the next one.

However, Sinha added recently that players such as Texture, bazzi and AYRIN have already arrived at the South Korean bootcamp, but Monyet, SkRossi, Lightningfast and WRONSKI are still waiting for their visas to arrive. Sinha didn’t mention which five of these players will selected to play in the play-offs.
