Valorant Episode 7 Act I: New Career Progression System and Kingdom Credits Explained

Riot Games has revealed a plethora of new features for Valorant Episode 7. Players will get to see them when the new episode starts on June 27. The developers have brought a complete overhaul to how daily missions work. The reworked daily missions system is called Dailies and it will allow players to earn XP and progress in a variety of different ways. There’s also a new currency making its way to Valorant called Kingdom Credits.

Valorant Dailies: Daily Missions Explained

Valorant players will now be able to view their daily missions and how their playtime is contributing towards progress. This new system of reaching daily milestones is called Checkpoints. Players will earn Checkpoint Progress with every game. This means playing any game mode (except deathmatch) will start racking up progress for them automatically. The new Dailies also stack up which means if players miss out on today’s daily missions, they will find them tomorrow as catch-up bonuses to complete and earn progression. These daily rewards earn players XP and the upcoming currency.

There will be 16 checkpoints to complete every day and these checkpoints also depend on different game modes. Completing these checkpoints will earn players XP for battle pass, event pass, the new agent recruitment event and kingdom credits.

Valorant Kingdom Credits

Kingdom Credits is a new currency that can be earned by playing any game mode and earn a bonus for winning rounds as well. Riot Games has said that this currency maxes out at 10,000 so players are advised to spend them often. This currency can be used to unlock agents, get agent gear items, and also items from previous battle pass such as gun buddies, player cards, sprays, and titles.
