Tom Cruise Changes His Answer on When He is Going to Watch Oppenheimer and Barbie

July is one of the best months for films this year with three big titles, Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One, Oppenheimer and Barbie coming out within a span of two weeks. As Mission: Impossible 7 is already out, we get to see series star Tom Cruise turn up at a boatload of events for promotions. During those promotions, he has now been asked twice on whether he would be watching Oppenheimer first or Barbie and when he would be watching them.

His answer has changed a bit in the two times he has been asked this question, but the crux of it remains the same. For context, the first time Cruise was asked this question, he answered that he would be watching both films on the opening weekend, watching Oppenheimer first on Friday, followed by Barbie on Saturday. The answer to this question that has now changed slightly.

Recently, when Cruise was asked the question again, he said that the great thing about them is that “you’re going to see both on the weekend.” Cruise added, stating he hasn’t decided yet, but the order will probably be Oppenheimer first and then Barbie. Cruise adds that he wants to watch both movies with a packed audience, so he will be watching “both opening day.”

Cruise also spoke about how he likes to plan a day where he watches films all day, hopping from one theatre to another, and he will plan a similar day for these films too. What’s your plan, Oppenheimer first or Barbie?
