The Equalizer 3 Poster Featuring Denzel Washington Revealed

The Equalizer 3 first poster has been revealed, and it features Denzel Washington, set to portray Robert McCall. The Equalizer 3 will complete the trilogy and act as the last chapter of the franchise which started in 2014 when The Equalizer was released.

The Equalizer 3 will be directed by Antoine Fuqua, who has overseen the direction of the franchise so far. Denzel Washington will be returning as Robert McCall after the sequel, which was released in 2018.

Sony Pictures has already announced that The Equalizer 3 will be released in September. The new poster features Washington sitting on a chair, and Lady Justice can be seen in the reflection.

“Justice knows no borders” reads the poster, and you can spot the Italian flag and the Colosseum in the background, implying Robert McCall is headed to Italy.

The Equalizer 3 official synopsis has already revealed that McCall is in Europe as the retired assassin is looking for some peace of mind in Southern Italy, his new home. As is the case with retired assassins (read John Wick), there’s something bound to happen which hinders that peace.

McCall finds out that his friends in the new country are under the influence of the Italian mob, which brings him back to business for one last action-packed mission.

Sony Pictures has also announced that the first trailer for the movie will be released tomorrow.
