The battle for Indus OS: inside the lose-lose fight between PhonePe and Affle

Synopsis

The court case between PhonePe, which wants to acquire Indus OS, and existing investor Affle over the startup’s valuation is seeing allegations of breach of trust, forgery, and underhand deals. While Indus OS is caught in the crossfires, with so much bad blood around, it will take a lot of effort to iron out creases even after court judgments.
