In The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, there are three of Misko’s Manuscripts. Each of these manuscripts will provide you with a riddle to complete and earn a reward. Show the little twin’s sign to the big twin to open the door to my treasure.”

Per the riddle, you must go to West Necluda to find the puzzle. The little twin refers to the Northern cave, while the Southern cave is called the big twin of Dueling Peaks. You can reach the Dueling Peaks by several ways since it has two Shrines near it. The Jochisiu Shrine is located just West of the caves, and Eshos Shrine is located to the East. You can fast travel to either of the Shrine and then move towards the caves.

Travel to the Dueling Peaks at West Necluda and dive towards the Dueling Peaks North Cave entrance. You can find the cave at the given coordinates: 1194, -1854, 0158. Now head to the deepest corner of this cave. Fight and finish any enemy you might face while making your way to the inside of the cave.

Once you reach the end of the cave, you will find the puzzle solution drawn at the walls of it. Remember the solution, which is the most crucial thing to remember while solving this puzzle. You can further note it down somewhere or use the camera feature to take a photo.

Now, leave the northern cave and enter the Dueling Peaks South Cave near 1183, -1948, 0246 coordinates. While going inside, take care of any enemy in front of you. Now, at the end of this cave, you will find a large door with ten plates in front of it. Alongside the plates, you will also find pieces of stones scattered around.

The plates will be arranged in a triangular order. Now refer to the drawing that you found on the north cave. It resembles the plates that are lying in front of you right now. And the circles filled in the drawing refer to the plates on which the scattered stones need to be placed.

To solve the riddle, you need to place the stones on the circles filled on the drawing found in the north cave. Use your Ultrahand ability to lift the stones, and place them on the plates. To make it easier for you, here are the exact plates on which the stones need to be placed: the left plate on the second row, the middle plate on the third row, the second plate (from left) on the fourth row, and the fourth plate (from left) on the fourth row. Once you have placed the stones in the right position, a new chamber will be unlocked. Head inside the chamber, and you will unlock the Tingle’s shirt from the chest.
