It was previously suggested but other leakers as well that Sucker Punch will not be working on Sly Cooper, and this information further corroborates what was mentioned earlier by the other sources.

Why exactly Pixel Opus is working on the Sly Cooper game is not known. It might be that Sucker Punch is diverting all its resources on working on the next Infamous game. On top of that, recent job listings have suggested that Sucker Punch is working on a sequel to Ghost of Tsushima as well, so that could be something to keep in mind as well.
