All the products in the market claim to do wonders for our skin but whether we go to a salon for spas and facials or indulge at home with a set skincare regime of cleansing, toning and moisturizing, one fact that cannot be ignored is the presence of harmful chemicals present in these products which can be harmful to our skin in the long run. What many of us don’t realize is that we have nature’s blessing in abundance when it comes to skincare. The readymade products - creams, beauty soaps, scrubs, cleansers all claim to contain natural ingredients such as flowers, leaf extracts, fruits extracts, etc. but we can always just use the natural ingredients as they are without any chemicals and toxins. 1. Green Tea - Known for its antioxidant properties and refreshing flavour, green tea is great for the skin. Apart from drinking it, it can easily be used as a face cleanser along with your regular cleanser. Just add a couple of tablespoons of loose green tea to your regular cleanser, stir it up and apply.
