Samsung is expected to introduce its next-generation foldable devices — Galaxy Z Flip 4 and Fold 4 in August. The speculated design and specifications of both smartphones have been tipped online by earlier reports. According to a report by Sammobile, a tipster has revealed the colour and storage variants of the upcoming Galaxy Z Fold 4 handset. The report claims that the foldable device will arrive in four different colour options — Beige, Burgundy Red, Gray Green, and Phantom Black. Moreover, the report also states that the smartphone will be available in three storage variants — 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB options. Earlier reports suggested that the Galaxy Z fold 4 will offer a 1TB storage variant, however, it might be limited to a few selected markets.

As per the report, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 is expected to sport a wider display, a thinner hinge and a lightweight body compared to its predecessor. The upcoming foldable device is likely to come powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor.
The Galaxy Z Fold 4 is rumoured to house a triple rear camera setup that will include — a 50MP primary camera, a 12MP ultrawide sensor, and a 10MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom. For selfies and video calls, the handset is expected to feature two front cameras — a 10MP front shooter and a 16MP under-display camera.
The Fold 4 handset is speculated to pack a 4400mAh battery unit that is likely to support 25W fast charging. The smartphone is expected to òffer an IPX8 water-resistant rating and will run on One UI 4.1.1 based on Android 12. Some of the other features that will be included in the upcoming device are — side-mounted fingerprint reader, GPS, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.0, UWB, NFC, Samsung Pay, Samsung DeX, S Pen support, wireless charging, and reverse wireless charging.
