You also get an Enhanced Sleep Coaching for personalized instructions, tips and reminders. The watch can also automatically set other Samsung devices in your smart home to aid a good night sleep.

2. Although not a new feature, Body Composition is something very handy to know one’s physical state. It takes into account aspects like skeletal muscle, basal metabolic rate, body water and body fat percentage.
3. Even regular health metrics like heart rate measurement is done in a more advanced manner. Watch 6 series notifies you of Irregular Heart Rhythm, symptomatic of Atrial fibrillation (AFib).
