Samsung Galaxy F22 will go on its first sale today. The handset is the company’s latest budget category phone under the Galaxy F series. It will be up for sale on Samsung online store, Flipkart and offline stores.
Samsung Galaxy F22 comes with a starting price of Rs 12,499. Its base model packs 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. Another variant comes with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage and can be purchased at Rs 14,499.
Introductory offer includes a discount of Rs 1,000 on prepaid purchase of the phone via Flipkart. Buyers can choose from Denim Blue and Denim Black colour options of the smartphone.
Samsung Galaxy F22: Specifications
Samsung Galaxy F22 is powered by MediaTek Helio G80 octa-core processor. The handset is equipped with a 6.4-inch HD+ Super AMOLED Infinity-U display. It offers a refresh rate of 90Hz and high brightness mode of 600 nits. The display comes with a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass 5.
The smartphone runs on Samsung’s One UI 3.1 based on Android 11 operating system. It is backed by a 6000mAh battery. It comes with a 15 watt charging adapter out-of-the-box, although it can support 25 watt charging.
On the camera front, Galaxy F22 boasts of a 48MP quad camera at the back with ISOCELL Plus technology and GM2 primary sensor. This is paired with a 5MP ultra-wide lens with a 123-degree field of view, a 2MP macro lens and a 2MP depth camera.
For selfies, the smartphone offers a 13MP camera at the front. Samsung Galaxy F22 comes with camera modes like Hyperlapse, Slow motion, Food Mode, Pro mode and AR zone.
