NEW DELHI: Samsung is one company which takes software updates quite seriously. The company has already updated all its flagship smartphones to Android 11. Along with this, the company has also rolled out Android 11 update for most of its budget and mid-range handset. Now, Samsung has shifted focus to the older devices and has started rolling out Android 11 update for its two year old smartphone.
Samsung has started rolling out Android 11 update for its two-year-old budget smartphone — Samsung Galaxy A10. Launched in 2019, the smartphone came with Android 9.0 Pie operating system out of the box. Samsung Galaxy A10 users in India can now update their smartphone to Android 11.
The software update comes with build number A105FDDU6CUH2 and along with Android 11, the smartphone also gets the latest version of Samsung One UI.
The company has also released the Android security patch for the month of August 2021 with the software update. With Android 11 update, Samsung Galaxy A10 users can now experience features like default screen recorder, better media controller, native smart home control, one-time permission to apps, security fixes via Google Play and others.
Samsung Galaxy A10 specifications
Samsung Galaxy A10 comes with a 6.2-inch HD+ Infinity-V display with 720×1520 pixel resolution. The smartphone is powered by Samsung’s own Exynos 7884 processor.
Samsung Galaxy A10 packs 2GB of RAM and 32GB internal storage. Users can further expand the storage up to 512GB by adding a microSD card. The dual SIM smartphone comes with face unlock functionality.
Samsung Galaxy A10 sports a 13MP single lens rear camera with f/1.9 aperture. The front is home to a 5MP selfie shooter with f/2.0 aperture. The smartphone is backed by a 3400mAh battery.
