IPL 2022 season starts today. Reliance Jio has launched a new Rs 279 cricket add-on plan for its customers. The plan offers 15GB mobile data. As it is an add-on pack, there is no voice calling benefit under it. Along with internet data, the plan also offers one year of Disney+ Hotstar Mobile subscription. Reliance Jio Rs 279 cricket add-on prepaid plan will remain active till the validity of the user’s existing plan.
The new prepaid cricket add-on plan is available via MyJio app. The telecom operator has placed an ad banner of the new plan in the app. It must be noted that Jio’s Rs 279 cricket add-on plan is currently available to select users only.
Cricket plans offered by Reliance Jio
As listed on Jio.com, the telco currently offers 7 different Cricket plans. Among these, the cheapest plan starts at Rs 499, while the most expensive plan costs Rs 3,119. All these plans offer a one-year of Disney+ Hotstar Mobile subscription for free.
Jio Rs 499 Cricket plan has a validity of 28 days. It offers 2GB mobile data per day along with unlimited voice calling and 100 SMS daily limit. Similarly, the Rs 555 Cricket plan has a validity of 55 days and comes with 55 GB internet data. There are no SMS or call benefits under the plan.
Jio’s Rs 601 Cricket prepaid plan has a validity of 28 days. It offers 90GB total internet data and 100 SMS per day along with unlimited voice calling. Reliance Jio Rs 659 Cricket plan offers 1.5GB mobile data per day. The plan has a validity of 56 days and packs unlimited voice calling data.
Another Cricket plan offered by Jio is the Rs 799 plan that has a validity of 56 days. It comes with 2GB daily mobile data along with unlimited voice calling. The Jio Rs 1,066 prepaid plan packs 173GB mobile data for a validity of 84 days. It offers unlimited voice calling benefits with 100 SMS per day. Lastly, the Jio Rs 3,119 Cricket prepaid plan has validity of 365 days and offers 2GB mobile data per day. Users will also get 10GB data benefit under the plan along with voice calling and 100 SMS per day.
