Esports and mobile gaming fans can rejoice as one of the top competitions in the country is all set to kick off, as Red Bull has announced the India Finale of Red Bull M.E.O. Season 5, which will take place on November 20, 2022, at New Delhi.
The competition will take place at the picturesque Sunder Nursey, New Delhi at 2:00 PM. The event is open for all, so any fans can enter for free. At the event, fans will be able to experience nerve-racking competition for three individual titles.
On top of that, they will also have an opportunity to meet and greet some of the biggest names in the Indian Gaming Industry. These names include the likes of, Techno Gamerz, Ankit “V3nom” Panth, Jonathan, and more.
A total of 176,000 gamers took part in this competition, which was held across three games – World Cricket Championship (WCC 2 and WCC 3), Clash of Clans and Pokemon UNITE. Now the final two teams across every game will battle it out for the title of Champions of India.
The World Cricket Championship Qualifiers took place for a total of 48 days, from September 16 to November 20. The playoffs took place from November 8 to November 11, and saw the top 4 players picked out of 98 for the national finals.
Pokemon UNITE had two qualifiers that took place from October 19 to October 22. Top 4 teams of each qualifier played in playoffs from October 28 to November 1. Now, the final 4 teams will battle it out for the first spot in the National Finals.
Lastly, Clash of Clans had the same format as Pokemon UNITE. Two qualifiers took place between October 19 and October 22. Top 4 teams of each qualifier played in playoffs from October 28 to November 1. Now the final 4 teams will battle it out for top honors in the National Finals.
