Realme GT Neo 2 with Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 SoC and 64MP main camera launched in China – Times of India

Realme GT Neo 2 has become official. The BBK-owned smartphone brand has launched the Realme GT Neo 2 in its home country China. The handset is another gaming focused device from the brand as it features a Stainless Vapor Cooling Plus system that includes diamond thermal gel as a cooling material. It has an AMOLED display of 120Hz refresh rate and comes powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 SoC.
Realme GT Neo 2 price and availability
The Realme GT Neo 2 has been launched in three storage variants. The base variant that offers 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage has been priced at CNY 2,499 (roughly Rs 28,500. The next option available to buyers is of 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage and is priced at CNY 2,699 (roughly Rs 30,800). The top-end variant that packs 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage is priced at CNY 2,999 (roughly Rs 34,200).
The handset goes on sale starting September 27 in China.
Global availability of the Realme GT Neo 2 hasn’t been revealed yet.
Realme GT Neo 2 specs and features
Launched in Neo Green, Pale Blue, and Shadow Black colour options, the Realme GT Neo 2 houses a 6.62-inch Samsung E4 Display with 120Hz refresh rate.
Powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 SoC, it has up to 12GB RAM and support for dynamic RAM expansion up to 7GB.
For imaging duties, the Realme GT Neo 2 has a triple rear camera setup where the primary camera is a 64MP. Along with that, it has an 8MP ultra-wide sensor and a 2MP macro shooter. On the front, there is a 16MP sensor.
Backed by a 5000mAh battery, the Realme GT Neo 2 offers 65W SuperDart Charging.
In terms of connectivity options, the Realme GT Neo 2 has 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS/ A-GPS, NFC, and a USB Type-C port.
