Pokemon: New Anime Series To Premiere on April 14 Featuring Two New Protagonists

The Pokémon Anime series is one of the leaders of the genre since the past 25 years. Through all of this time, we have got to see a plethora of adventures that we embarked upon along with Ash and Pikachu. Sadly, all good things come to an end and as Ash has finally received the title of Pokémon World Champion, it is time for them to hang up the coat and let the newbies take over.

Currently, we do not know much about the upcoming anime series, but have learned about some details through the official Pokémon Company Japan Twitter account. Fans can expect the anime to premiere in Japan on April 14, 2023. Along with that we now know there are two main characters in the upcoming series, Liko and Roy that will embark on an adventure with Sprigatito, Fuecoco, and Quaxly.

The original Pokémon series has come to an end, but the fans can catch one last adventure with the crew through Pokémon Ultimate Journeys: The Series. Here we see Ash and Pikachu embark on a new adventure after becoming Pokémon World Champions. Joining them on this journey are some iconic characters from the series, such as Misty, Brock, and Gary.
