NEW DELHI: Oppo Reno 7 Lite 5G is now official. Oppo has expanded its Reno 7 series of smartphones with the launch of Oppo Reno 7 Lite 5G in Europe. The smartphone is the rebranded version of Reno 7Z 5G, which the company recently launched in Thailand. The smartphone features an AMOLED display and it is powered by a Qualcomm processor.
Oppo Reno 7 Lite 5G is priced at 350 euros (Rs 29,100) and it comes in Cosmic Black and Rainbow Spectrum colour options. The company has not yet revealed any details about the global rollout of the smartphone.
Oppo Reno 7 Lite 5G specifications
Oppo Reno 7 Lite 5G comes with a 6.43-inch full HD+ display with 1080×2400 pixel resolution. The smartphone offers a 20:9 aspect ratio and 60Hz refresh rate.
The mid-range smartphone is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 processor paired with 8GB of RAM. The smartphone packs 128GB internal storage. Users can further expand the storage by installing a microSD card.
Oppo Reno 7 Lite 5G runs Android 12 operating system topped with the company’s own layer of ColorOS 12. The smartphone sports a triple rear camera setup with a 64MP main sensor with f/1.7 aperture, a 2MP monochrome sensor and a 2MP macro shooter. The front is home to a 16MP selfie camera with an f/2.4 aperture.
The smartphone is backed by a 4,500 mAh battery with SuperVOOC charging support.
Oppo Reno 8 coming soon
An online report has revealed that Oppo is said to be working on Oppo Reno 8 series. The upcoming Oppo Reno series is said to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chipset.
The Reno 8 is said to sport a 6.55-inch OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The smartphone is tipped to feature a triple rear camera setup with a 50MP main sensor, 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens and 2MP macro shooter. It is said to be backed by a 4500mAh battery with 80W fast charging support.
