Weeks after launching its most expensive smartphone in India, OnePlus is set to launch some more devices. The company took to Twitter to announce its next launch event. The tweet by OnePlus reads, “More OnePlus, #MorePowerToYou. Get your hands on the power of getting more from life with an array of OnePlus devices. Launching on April 28. Stay tuned!”

What to expect from the OnePlus launch event?
OnePlus has confirmed that it will launch a new Nord series smartphone in India. A teaser for OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite has already appeared on the Amazon India website. Since the invite clearly states “an array of OnePlus devices”, we can expect a pair of new affordable true wireless earbuds. Likely to be called OnePlus Nord Buds, the audio device will also arrive on April 28.
Will the new OnePlus Nord be a mid-range phone?
Yes, it will be a mid-range phone. Some specs of the phone have already leaked. OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite is said to sport a 6.58-inch full HD+ display with 120Hz refresh rate.
The smartphone is expected to be powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 chipset paired with 6GB/8GB of RAM. The upcoming smartphone is rumoured to come with 128GB internal storage which can be expanded further by installing a microSD card.
The OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite is expected to run Android 11 operating system topped with the company’s own layer of OxygenOS 11. The dual SIM smartphone is tipped to feature a triple rear camera with 64MP main sensor, 2MP depth and 2MP macro camera. The smartphone is said to come with a 16MP selfie shooter.
OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite is said to come equipped with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and backed by a 5000mAh battery with 33W fast charging support.
