OnePlus 7, OnePlus 7 Pro, OnePlus 7T and OnePlus 7T Pro get new update – Times of India

OnePlus has reportedly rolled out an update to its two-year-old smartphone series: OnePlus 7. All four handsets under the series — OnePlus 7, OnePlus 7 Pro, OnePlus 7T and OnePlus 7T Pro — are being updated to Oxygen OS 11.0.1.1.
It brings May Android security updates to all OnePlus 7 series phones along with fixes for the camera and system. The software also fixes a problem that prevented OnePlus 7 series phone users from receiving incoming calls using Google Fi.
It also increases the loading speed of previewing pictures and also fixes a bug causing a delay in showing the incoming call interface on the phones. The update also removes a bug that made the screen look ‘abnormal’ when making a phone call.
It also improves 4G network connection and refines the stability of Wi-Fi signals. The update also brings camera improvement to all four devices. It fixes the mirror effect issue in the camera that makes a selfie look like a mirror image instead of a reverse image.
The latest update also removes an “abnormal” problem that occurred when zooming in macro mode and when continuously snapping away in Nightscape mode.
The update will be rolled out in stages. The over-the-air (OTA) update will be released to a limited number of users initially. To install the update manually, head to Settings and check for the update under System updates.
