On-Demand Webinar: Teaching With Learning Network Contests

This webinar will introduce educators to the nine contests, as well as additional monthly and weekly challenges, that The Learning Network will be running during the 2021-22 school year. Through writing, photography, podcast production and more, these contests give students an opportunity to exercise voice and choice and to create work for an authentic audience.

In this webinar, our editors and guest speakers will give you an overview of our contests and walk you through the logistics of participating in them with your students. We will also share resources for preparing for the contests and discuss how they fit into our free yearlong writing curriculum. We hope you will leave this webinar with inspiration for how to integrate these contests into your curriculum during the 2021-22 school year.

C.T.L.E. credit is available for New York educators. All participants will receive a certificate of completion.
