Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) on Friday released the time table for Secondary School Certificate Examination (Class X) for March-April 2022.
The SSC Examination will commence on and from Tuesday, 15th March, 2022 and will continue till Monday, 4th April, 2022.
Candidates, who have registered for the Maharashtra Board Class 10th examination, can check and download their exam schedule online on the official MSBSHSE website – https://www.mahahsscboard.in/ Meanwhile, the MSBSHSE board exam season for 2022 kicks off on March 4, 2022 with state board’s HSC (Std XII) English paper. This is the first written board exam held in Maharashtra since 2020, as in 2021 the second wave led to cancellation of all papers.
With Covid-19 still being around, the state government has allowed ‘home centres’ for both HSC and SSC exams. Appearing for exams in their alma mater will provide students a conducive environment, feel academics.
Board officials say giving same exam centre also helps in terms of transportation. “In normal years, the biggest tension for students and parents is reaching exam centres on time for at least the first few papers. Many times these centres are completely new and the route maybe unknown. But with home centres, students will have been travelling almost eight years daily, so will be familiar with traffic choke points and road conditions,” said a board official.
Ashnarayan Tiwari, principal of Adarsh Vidya Mandir (Gandhibagh), said, “Students have not been able to attend junior colleges on a regular basis since last two years. So anything which can take the pressure off during board exams is helpful. We too will be hosting our own students and teachers will also be briefed on how to handle the first board exam since 2020.”

Step 4: A PDF page for the SSC Time Table will open on your screen
