Krafton and Rising Wings Launch Defense Derby in India for Android and iOS Devices for Free

Krafton and its independent studio RisingWings have launched their fourth game in India titled Defense Derby. This is a free tower defense real-time strategy game for Android and iOS devices, where teams of four battle it out against each other. Here’s all you need to know about Defense Derby, including how to download and play.

About Defense Derby

In this tower defense game, teams have to defend their towers against continuous monster attacks. The last player standing wins the game. However, Defense Derby also packs a unique twist with its “scouting stage” that allows players to use scouting units through “bidding” that will help them come up with their unique strategy of defense while trying to create as much disadvantage as possible for opposing teams.

However, that’s not all. Defense Derby has multiple other modes, beyond the standard 4-player PvP. There’s the Blitz Mode that allows PvE challenges. Additionally, The Valley of Trials restricts players to a limited selection of units that they’ll have to use in the game, while the Friendly Derby allows players to “establish rooms to engage their friends in combat.” Themed Mode and Quest Mode are some of the other modes in the game.

Platforms and availability

Defense Derby is now available for free for Android and iOS devices. Interested players can download the game onto their mobiles from the Google Play Store, Apple App Store or Samsung’s Galaxy Store.

On the occasion of the launch, Krafton and RisingWings have organised multiple in-game events like the Login Event, Lucky Draw, and Event Store, with more to come. You can claim special rewards by participating in these games, like Legendary Unit cards, Rare Unit cards, Cubics, and Gold. Additionally, a Welcome Package is also being given away containing bonuses like 20,000 Gold, a Rare Hero card, a Rare Unit card, and a Special Castle Skin- items that can be used in the game.
