Kelly Osbourne celebrates one year of sobriety

Kelly Osbourne is celebrating one year of sobriety.

The 37-year-old TV star – who is expecting her first child with Slipknot rocker boyfriend Sid Wilson – took to Instagram to share her sobriety milestone.

She posted a picture from the Twelve Steps app tracker and wrote: “What a difference a year can make! If you would have told me 365 days ago that I would be sober, happy, and about to be a mumma I would have laughed in your face. Life is truly amazing when you do the work. Thank you to everyone that has supported me on this journey. I love you all so much!!!!!!!”

Meanwhile, earlier this month, Kelly revealed her pregnancy on Instagram by sharing a picture of herself holding a copy of her sonogram.

She wrote: “I know that I have been very quiet these past few months so I thought I would share with you all as to why… I am over the moon to announce that I am going to be a Mumma. To say that I am happy does not quite cut it. I am ecstatic!”

Last year, Kelly shared that her battle with addiction had “robbed” her of much of life’s milestones, such as having children.

She said: “I feel very behind. As a woman, I would have loved to be married and have children by now. My brother [Jack] has three daughters and I would have loved to have kids by now, but that wasn’t what was in the cards for me yet.”

However, Kelly admitted that she “would have been no kind of mother at all because I was that crazy addict that was like, ‘Oh yeah, I’ll stop doing drugs when I get pregnant because I have to.’ Like, that’s insane that I would ever even think that.”

IN THE MATTER OF THE ADOPTION OF THE MANAGEMENT PLAN FOR THE TUCSON ACTIVE MANAGEMENT AREA FOR THE FIFTH MANAGEMENT PERIOD PUBLIC NOTICE OF SUMMARY OF HEARING AND FINDINGS, ORDER OF ADOPTION AND RIGHT TO REQUEST REHEARING OR REVIEW In accordance with the requirements of section 45-571 of the Arizona Revised Statutes, Thomas Buschatzke, Director of the Arizona Department of Water Resources (“Director”), hereby gives notice that he has filed in the Arizona Department of Water Resources (“Department”) a written Summary of Hearing and Findings with respect to matters considered during the public hearing on the proposed management plan for the Tucson Active Management Area (“TAMA”) for the fifth management period (“Fifth Management Plan”). The Director further gives notice that he has entered an order adopting the Fifth Management Plan (“Order of Adoption”). Any interested person may request a rehearing or review of the Order of Adoption of the Fifth Management Plan as explained below. The Director issued the proposed Fifth Management Plan on March 21, 2022. A public hearing on the proposed plan was held in Tucson, Arizona on April 26, 2022. The hearing record remained open for the submission of written comments until April 26, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. On May 23, 2022, the Director filed in the Department a written Summary of Hearing and Findings with respect to matters considered during the hearing record period. As a result of additional review by the Director, the Director has determined that substantive and non-substantive modifications to the proposed plan are necessary to correct an error made in the calculation of application rates for the golf course conservation program in Chapter 6, to remove updated recharge and recovery siting criteria in Chapter 3 in response to stakeholder concerns, and to make typographical and technical corrections. On the same day, May 23, 2022, the Director entered the Order of Adoption adopting the Fifth Management Plan and describing the modifications made to the plan. The Fifth Management Plan contains mandatory conservation, monitoring, and reporting requirements for certain persons withdrawing, distributing, or receiving groundwater within the TAMA. These requirements, which are set forth in the Agricultural Conservation Program, the Municipal Conservation Program, and the Industrial Conservation Program of the plan, are designed to achieve reductions in withdrawals of groundwater within the TAMA. The Fifth Management Plan also includes an executive summary, chapters discussing hydrology, water demand and supply, underground water storage, savings and replenishment, mandatory conservation programs, implementation, compliance, and support, and water strategy. A transcript of the public hearing, the Summary of Hearing and Findings, the Order of Adoption, and the Fifth Management Plan are available on the Department’s website at https://new.azwater.gov/ama/management-plans. Copies of the Summary of Hearing and Findings, Order of Adoption, and Fifth Management Plan may be reviewed at the Department’s Office in Phoenix. A person may request a copy of any of the aforementioned documents in either paper or electronic format by contacting Sharon Scantlebury at (602) 771-8472 or [email protected]. Pursuant to section 45-114(C) of the Arizona Revised Statutes, any person may file a motion for rehearing or review of the Director’s order adopting the Fifth Management Plan. However, a party is not required to file a motion for rehearing or review in order to exhaust administrative remedies and may seek judicial review once the Director’s decision becomes final. Any motion for rehearing or review must be filed with the Docket Supervisor, Arizona Department of Water Resources, 1110 W. Washington Street, Suite 310, Phoenix, AZ 85007 by June 30, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. If any person files a timely motion for rehearing or review, the Director will issue a decision on the request and may modify the Fifth Management Plan after rehearing or review. After the Director issues decisions on all motions for rehearing or review, the Director will publish notice that the Fifth Management Plan is final once each week for two consecutive weeks in the Daily Star. The notice will include a description of any modifications made after rehearing or review. The Fifth Management Plan will be final for purposes of judicial review when the notice is published for the second time. If no person files a timely motion for rehearing or review, the May 23, 2022 Order of Adoption will become final on June 30, 2022. Published May 23 & 30, 2022 Arizona Daily Star
