The chapter began with Kasukabe questioning how Gojo healed his Cursed Technique using Reverse Curse Technique. Yuta explained that Gojo proved it was possible by comparing it to cooling down an overheated engine. Yuta expressed concern for Gojo’s well-being. In the battle, while Sukuna used the Malevolent Shrine, expanding it fully. Surprisingly, Gojo opened his Domain, surprising Kusakabe. Ino observed closely, wondering if Gojo was repeating his previous moves.

Higuruma noticed Gojo’s ability to change the conditions inside and outside the Domain, strengthening the barrier against outside attacks. Sukuna and Gojo engaged in close combat, with the former using Domain Amplification and Expansion. Gojo realized that Sukuna’s shrine’s must-hit effect was nullified. Kenjaku explained that Gojo’s Infinity Void didn’t affect Gojo and those he touched. Since Sukuna remained in contact with Gojo, he survived the Infinity Void and removed the must-hit effect within the Domain, resulting in increased attack power outside the Domain.

Gojo once again lost the Domain battle, and Kasukabe suggested that Sukuna might have also altered the conditions of his Domain. Frustrated, Kashimo declared that he would fight Sukuna if Gojo died. However, Gojo was not yet defeated. It was revealed that Gojo used a special technique, passed down in the three greatest Sorcerer families. Although Gojo had learned it as a child, this was his first time using it.

Ready to battle again, Gojo expanded his Domain to a large extent, aiming to cover Sukuna’s range. Kashimo commented on Gojo’s strategy, while Higuruma raised concerns about the outcome if Gojo lost inside the Domain. To everyone’s surprise, Gojo suddenly contracted the large Domain to a tiny ball, leaving the fate of Gojo and Sukuna inside the Domain uncertain.
