NEW DELHI: The result of the fourth session of the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2021 has been released by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on Wednesday.

The JEE Main result 2021 for session 4 can be obtained from the JEE Mains portal —
jeemain.nta.nic.in — by logging in with the candidate’s application number and date of birth.

The National Testing Agency conducted the JEE Main for Paper 1 (B.E./B.Tech) on August 26, 27, 31, and September 1 across the country and abroad.

JEE Mains has been conducted four times a year from the current academic session to offer flexibility to students and a chance to improve their scores amidst the second wave of Covid-19 in India.

The first phase of JEE Main was conducted in February followed by the second phase in March and session 3 held in July and August.

The exam was conducted in the Computer Based Test (CBT) mode in 13 languages – English, Hindi, Gujarati along with Assamese, Bengali, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu.

JEE Main comprises two papers and conducted for admission to Undergraduate Engineering Programs (B.E/B. Tech) at NITs, IIITs, other Centrally Funded Technical Institutions (CFTIs), Institutions/Universities funded/recognized by participating State Governments, as well as an eligibility test for JEE (Advanced), which is conducted for admission to IITs.

The online registration for JEE Advanced will commence on Wednesday, September 15, and conclude on September 20as per the latest information released by the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur, which is conducting JEE-Advanced this year.
