We all know that Machine Games is currently working on an Indiana Jones game, but until we get a full announcement for it, you can keep yourself hyped about the game with a new fan-made concept trailer.
Enfant Terrible is a well-known YouTube content creator who shares new videos about projects made in Unreal Engine 5, which mostly represent upcoming titles by official development studios. The content creator is well-known for their imagination of the Cyberpunk 2077 sequel, but their most recent project is about a big AAA game coming from the developers of Wolfenstein.
This incredible concept trailer shows off some examples of what the new Indiana Jones game could look like when it launches. Knowing that the game will follow the adventures of Indiana Jones in ancient tombs, Enfant Terrible has already created some inspiring environment for the game in their brief demo.
Similar to the creator’s other projects, the Indiana Jones concept trailer is not a playable demo and none of its assets will be shared publicly. However, you can take inspiration from the project and build your own similar environment in Unreal Engine 5 if you are interested. Also, some of the assets in the trailer above belong to other artists who might agree to let you use their assets in a non-commercial project.
The Indiana Jones game is still in development at Machine Games and seems to be the only project that the Swedish team is working on at the moment as they haven’t shared anything regarding a new Wolfenstein title so far.
According to the official data shared by Bethesda, Todd Howard is the executive producer behind the new Indiana Jones game, but regarding how busy he is with Starfield’s development at the moment, it could be a reason to slow down Machine Games’ ongoing project.
As Bethesda revealed earlier, the Indiana Jones game will feature an original story, but it’s yet to be seen whether Harrison Ford will join the project for voice acting the protagonist or if the developers have something different in mind. There are still some big showcases such as Gamescom’s Opening Night Live and The Game Awards 2022, where we might hear and see more about the project.
