Hogwarts Legacy: All Traits

While playing Hogwarts Legacy, players have the ability to truly create the witch or wizard that they want. Players are able to customize their appearance with transmogs, use certain builds to create the most powerful character, or even experiment with the countless spells provided.

RELATED: Hogwarts Legacy: Best Characters, RankedAnother thing players can do to create an amazing character is add Traits to their gear so that they can have additional powers and protection. These Traits can be found in a variety of ways and can make their character stand out.

What Are Traits?

Traits are enhancers you can add to armor to do special effects. These can range from different offensive aspects such as doing more damage to a certain enemy type, to defensive aspects such as taking less damage from a certain enemy type. Whichever one you use, you’ll have a great new effect. You can find them via exploring certain areas or by completing certain Challenges in your menu. Each of these Traits has 3 different levels. Level 1 slightly increases the effect, Level 2 greatly increases the effect, and Level 3 significantly increases the effect. To apply Traits to armor, you need the following items.

• Level 1 Trait – x1 Puffskein Fur
• Level 2 Trait – x1 Diricawl Feather
• Level 3 Trait – x1 Kneazle Fur

Each of these items is unlocked when you rescue magical Beasts. Playing with them in the Vivariums will allow you to collect the items. Vivariums

Defensive

There are 7 Traits classified as Defensive in the game.
