Harley Quinn Season 4 Has Cocaine-Powered Villain Snowflame, Talia al Ghul and More

The fourth season of Harley Quinn is set to premiere on July 27 on Max. And before the season starts, we got a new trailer and some new details from the show’s producers.

During a Max Original Animation panel at San Diego Comic-Con 2023, a new trailer was shown. The two-minute trailer shows Harley trying to balance her new role as a crime fighter affiliated with the bat family while maintaining her relationship with Poison Ivy. The trailer also showed several characters set to appear in the next season, including Snowflame and Talia Al Ghul, the latter of which first appeared in the Valentine’s Day special, which was released earlier this year.

Alongside a new trailer, supervising producers Cecilia Aranovich Hamilton and Ian Hamilton appeared on stage to discuss more about the upcoming season, including how they had to adjust Nightwing’s butt. “We had to add some plump in the rear,” Cecilia Hamilton said during the panel. “…’ His ass is not big or round enough. Please fix it.'”

She went on to explain how making fun of the DC characters that appear on the show is what brings a lot of humor to the show. “As far as DC, this sort of pushing the characters, I think DC loves the show. They’re pretty good sports for where we take these characters. I think they realize the show is successful because a lot of the humor comes from that,” she explained. “…But we love these characters, so we would never try to make fun of them. So we try to push the envelope. Sometimes you go too far, you try new things. If you go too far, they tell you.”
