God of War Ragnarok will be available for pre-order from July 15

The new God of War title will be released on both PlayStation 4 and the next-gen PlayStation 5 console on the same day, i.e., November 9. PlayStation users across the world will be able to pre-order the God of War Ragnarok starting July 15. The Santa Monica Studio is also giving away some pre-order bonuses, including the Kratos Risen Snow Armor and Atreus Risen Snow Tunic.
All the God of War Ragnarok editions coming in November
The new God of War Ragnarok will be available in four different editions for pre-booking and purchase – the Standard Edition, Digital Deluxe Edition, Collector’s Edition and Jotnar Edition. Here’s everything you need to know about each God of War Ragnarok edition.
God of War Ragnarok: Standard Edition
The standard edition, as the name suggests, is a standard one. The God of War Ragnarok: Standard Edition entitles you to a digital or a physical copy of the game for the PlayStation. Customers purchasing the standard edition for the PS4 can upgrade to the PS5 version for $10 (~Rs 791.19).
God of War Ragnarok: Digital Deluxe Edition
The Digital Deluxe Edition of the God of War Ragnarok will give you a digital copy of the game. In addition to the full game, customers will get digital goodies, including cosmetic items such as Kratos Darkdale Armor, Atreus Darkdale Attire, Darkdale Blades Handles for the Blades of Chaos, and Darkdale Axe Grip for the Leviathan Axe; however, some of them will unlock as the story progress. Customers will also get some physical merchandise, including the official Dark Horse Digital Mini Artbook and Avatar Set. The Digital Deluxe Edition includes the God of War Ragnarok digital soundtrack and a PS4 theme.
God of War Ragnarok: Collector’s Edition

The Collector’s Edition would be a true joy for the fans as it comes in the extravagant “Knowledge Keeper’s Shrine” box. Customers will get a Steelbook display case inside the box, 2-inch Vanir Twins carved out of wood, Dwarven Dice set and a 16-inch replica of Thor’s Mjolnir. In addition, customers will get all the digital items included in the Digital Deluxe Edition. However, you will not have a disc to keep inside the steel bookcase, as the Collector’s Edition will come with a printed voucher code, which can be used to redeem the digital copy of the game from the PlayStation store.
God of War Ragnarok: Jotnar Edition
Like the Collector’s Edition, the Jotnar Edition comes with the printed voucher code for the game inside the “Knowledge Keeper’s Shrine” box. Also, the box includes a steel bookcase, Vanir Twins carvings and a 16-inch Mjolnir replica. And you also get all the cosmetic items and digital goodies which come with the Digital Deluxe Edition. In addition to this, customers will get a 7-inch vinyl record of Bear McCreary’s two soundtracks, the Falcon, Bear, and Wolf pin set, the Legendary Draupnir ring, Brok’s dice set, and Yggdrasil cloth map.
The studio will release more details about the God of War Ragnarok in the coming months before it comes out in November.
