Genshin Impact 2.7 Livestream: Where to Watch, What to Expect and More

Genshin Impact 2.7 Update is almost here and the developers, Mihoyo, will be hosting a livestream event to enlist the changes and the content that is being added to the game. Mihoyo regularly constantly updates the game to provide players with more content such as characters, storylines, expansions, events and so much more. They also work towards fixing bugs and glitches that have been plaguing the game to better the gameplay experience.

How to Watch Genshin Impact 2.7 Livestream Event

Many players have been wondering where and when to watch the livestream event that will enlist the changes coming to Genshin Impact Update 2.7. To watch the Genshin Impact Live Stream event, the players can tune-in to their official Twitch Channel and watch the event on April 29, 2022. The event time is speculated to be 8:00 AM EST, as this was the same time Genshin Impact Update 2.6 was streamed, official confirmation for event time is yet to arrive.

Players that miss out on the livestream, can check out the updates later too as it will be posted on their official Youtube channel as soon as stream ends. It will be advisable for players to check out the Livestream, as the game is known to provide promo codes during the intervals in the stream. These promo codes can be a great way to gain Primogems or other goodies for free.

What to expect in Genshin Impact 2.7 Update

As of now, the developers haven’t officially revealed about what’s to come in the new update, but players can get an idea through leaks and datamining. One of the first things to note is that there might be 4 new events coming to the game, Hearth of the Machine, The Almighty Arataki Great and Glorious Drumalong Festival, Perilous Trail and finally A Muddy Bizarre Adventure.

As far as the banners go, players can expect banners for the new characters that arrived in the previous update, Yelan and Kuki Shinobu. There will also be rerun banners for characters that are going to be pivotal in the storylines and events that are coming in the Genshin Impact 2.7 Update. It seems like Xiao and Arataki Itto will be a part of the reruns.
