Keeping its promise of four generation OS updates, Samsung has already updated almost all of its premium and mid range smartphones with Android 12 operating system. The company has started rolling out another update for the Galaxy A52 smartphone.
Samsung updated the 5G version of Galaxy A52 with One UI 4.1 last month and now, it is rolling the latest update to the 4G variant as well. For now, the update is rolling out in Brazil and it is expected to expand to more regions soon.
As far as new features and changes are concerned, the update brings new editing tools to the Galaxy A52 4G along with security updates, bug fixes and more.
Samsung Galaxy A52 was launched in 2020 and it precedes the recently launched Galaxy A53 smartphone.
The Galaxy A52 comes with a 6.5-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED Infinity-O Display (1080 x 2400 pixels) with 90 Hz refresh rate while the 5G variant offers 120Hz refresh rate.
The Galaxy A52 has a 32MP fixed focus, F2.2 selfie camera and it is equipped with a 64MP quad camera module consisting of sensors: Main: 64MP OIS AF (F1.8, 0.8µm) + Ultra Wide: 12MP FF (F2.2, 1.12µm) + Macro: 5MP FF (F2.4, 1.12µm) + Depth: 5MP FF (F2.4, 1.12µm). There’s 10X digital zoom.
The phone is backed by a 4500mAh battery with 25W fast charging support. Samsung claims two-days battery life on a single charge.
