Forspoken: All Tanta Familiar Statue Locations

In Forspoken, there are 54 trophies you can get by completing various quests and tasks. Of these 54 trophies, there will be 1 Platinum, 2 Gold, 7 Silver, and 44 Bronze. The Platinum is achieved after you receive all the other trophies in the game.

One trophy that is fairly easy to get is the achievement called Cat Person. With this achievement, you will befriend all Tanta Familiars in the game to receive a Bronze trophy. While this mission is pretty straightforward, it can be frustrating if you don’t have patience. There are a total of 20 familiars to befriend in the world of Athia.

About Familiars

These are cat like creatures you can pet and befriend throughout Athia. The Tantas who ruled Athia owned these creatures long ago. They’re typically found sneaking around monuments. Once you befriend them by petting them, at Refuge fast travel areas you will notice that they will visit you. To show their location, a glowing pulse will appear near the monument. Approach them slowly as they can be skittish and will run away if startled when you first meet them. If they’re aware of your presence, you will see a yellow exclamation point. You will need to wait for this to disappear before approaching any further. If you don’t wait, you risk them running away and losing them.

Once their trust is earned, Frey will be able to play with them after they go to the Pilgrim’s Refuges. You will want to have progressed a bit in the story and upgrade your magic abilities before going on the mission to befriend all 20 Familiars. This is due to the fact that some Familiars can only be reached by using Magic Parkour which you will learn while navigating the story. You will notice on the map the Familiars have an icon that looks like a paw to signify where the Familiar monuments are.

1st Familiar: Advik

The first familiar will be towards the top of the map in the Junoon area, Northeast of the Cipalian Way: Northern Belfry at The Sacred Peak. As you approach the monument, the blue and white winged Familiar will appear behind you on the ledge overlooking the water after a brief cut scene of the cat appearing above the monument.

2nd Familiar: Mia

The next Familiar can be found in the Praenost region, near the Dianthus Wood Belfry towards the top of the area. The monument will be in the Dianthus Wood. Here, you will find an orange cat who will appear behind you on the stone platform on the ledge of the mountain.

3rd Familiar: Constantia

Slightly Southeast of the Brass Hallow Belfry will be the next monument where you’ll find a Familiar named Constantia. Once again, the Familiar will appear on the platform near the monument.

4th Familiar: Clere

Clere the violet colored Familiar can be found in Praenost as well, above the Home of Heroes: Southern Belfry icon in Middle Praenost. As with the others, after you approach the monument, turn around and the creature will be on the stone platform.

5th Familiar: Ziti

Ziti can be found all the way at the bottom of the Praenost region in the Fields of the Fallen. After approaching the monument, turn around and look at the ledge of the cliff, there you will find the yellow cat, Ziti.

6th Familiar: Ledat

Still in the Praenost region, go Northwest of the Opal Hills Belfry will be Ledat near the monument in Opal Hills. After interacting with the monument, look behind you on the rock platform and Ledat should appear.

7th Familiar: Saglan

Heading to the Avoalet region, the next monument will be East of the Water Garden: Central Belfry in The Water Garden. With this monument, when you approach it will ask if you want to wait for the Familiar. Eventually, Saglan will appear across the trench and on the other cliff side. One of the tips and tricks to this game would be to utilize your magic to reach the cat. This means you will need to use your Magic Parkour to reach it.

8th Familiar: Sana

Sana will be next to the Water Garden: Southern Belfry marker on the map in Avoalet, in The Water Garden. The platform near the monument that this black cat will spawn will be past a few trees down the field a little.

9th Familiar: Aramak

Aramak’s monument will be just Southeast of the Untrodden Forest Belfry marker in the same region as the previous Familiar in The Untrodden Forest. After approaching the monument, the cat like creature will spawn down the hill on the stone ledge platform.

10th Familiar: Gregoire

Southwest of the Golden Hills: Southern Beflry will be Gregoire. This is located in the Golden Hills and once you look at the monument, the cat will spawn behind you on the ledge of the cliff.

11th Familiar: Rinat

Remaining in the Avoalet region, you will want to be Northeast of the Moulderings Belfry for the next monument. Once again, the creature will spawn behind you on the cliff.

12th Familiar: Eldie

Head to the border of Avoalet and Visoria to find the next monument basically between Water Garden: Western Belfry and Shepherd’s Meadow: Eastern Belfry. This will be in The Windy Hills and as before, after interacting with the monument the cat will appear on the cliff side behind you.

13th Familiar: Zestion

Still in Visoria, the next one will be between the Academy Hills: Northern Belfry and Golden Hills: Northern Belfry, just above the Academy Hills: Southern Belfry. Zestion will be found across the field from the monument in Academy Hills.

14th Familiar: Kennah

You won’t have to go far for the Kennah Familiar. Northwest of the Tanta’s Demense: Eastern Belfry will be the next monument. Once you interact with the monument, down the grassy hill and to the left the cat creature will spawn.

15th Familiar: Sigrun

Start heading West of the previous location as the next monument will be Northwest from the Homestead Hills Belfry. Sigrun will spawn not too far behind you from the monument.

16th Familiar: Leite

In Visoria, head to the Southeast direction from Sigrun until you reach Inner Visoria. The monument will be in this general area and on the map it will be slightly Southwest from the Inner Visoria Belfry. Once you reach the monument, look behind you as Leite will spawn down the hill towards the sea.

17th Familiar: Kalpana

Finally, out of Visoria, head to Cipalian Way in Junoon. The monument will be right next to the bridge and the Familiar will spawn on the other side of the bridge near the trees.

18th Familiar: Chini

In Junoon, you will discover the Chini Familiar monument Southwest of the Physic Garden Belfry icon on the map. This will be located in Cipalian Way behind stone fortress walls. Chini will spawn straight behind you from the monument.

19th Familiar: Bodhi

Head Southeast from Chini to The Blossomwoods in Junoon. After you interact with this monument, Bodhi will appear behind you on the ledge of the grassy hilltop.

20th Familiar: Esha

The final Familiar monument will be Northwest from the Wolfwoods Belfry in Junoon. Esha will appear once you approach the monument, behind you through the trees.
