Love rogue-lites? Then you’re going to be feeling the Monthly Drop for April, which features two gems from the rogue-lite genre for you to claim for free and keep forever, only on GX.games – the platform where creators and developers meet the 20 million strong audience of the Opera GX gaming browser.

Developed by The Fox Knocks, Nomad Survival challenges players to battle against hordes of enemies, conquer Boss encounters, and explore various character and skill combinations, in a quest to become stronger and defeat the most menacing of creatures that lay in wait. Nomad Survival is available on GX.games to claim for free and keep forever for two weeks, from 6th April.
If one quality rogue-lite wasn’t enough, GX .games will also be serving-up Benjamin Kiefer aka BenStar’s impressive debut title, Revita, which beat over 200 games to be crowded ‘Best Game’ in the GameMaker Awards 2022.
In this fast paced twin-stick rogue-lite platformer, you play as an unnamed child ascending an ominous clocktower in pursuit of their lost memories. Harvest and sacrifice souls to grow your power in order to challenge procedural encounter rooms and intimidating bosses.
Anyone that has played rouge-lites such as The Binding of Isaac, Enter the Gungeon or Monolith, will feel instantly at home with Revita, which BenStar describes as “my big love letter to a genre that is very dear to me, mixing my favorite elements and ideas from the genre with a heartwarming and melancholic story filled with fun and unique characters in an interesting world very unlike our own.”
Revita will be available on GX.games to claim for free and keep forever for two weeks, from 20th April.
