Dying Light 3: Techland Dev Asks Fans Which Protagonist They Would Like to See Next

It’s been over a year since Dying Light 2 dropped for modern consoles and PC, and fans have already begun asking for details about the next title in the series.

While the developers at Techland haven’t really revealed any intentions to create a threequel in the near future, one member has sowed the seeds for fans to let their intentions be known about their wishes for the next title.

In a recent tweet, franchise director Tymon Smektała asked fans to vote for a character, who should be a protagonist for Dying Light 3. The options available were a Survivor, Nightrunner, Pilgrim or a GRE Agent-turned good.

Smektala clearly outlined in his tweet that his poll isn’t an indication of Techland working on Dying Light 3, as his question initially stemmed from a discussion involving his team about the recent Dying Light 2 update, Gut Feeling.

Despite confirming that Techland hasn’t announced the threequel through Smektala’s tweet, fans have taken the poll positively, and many believe that the developers will eventually get around to finally creating Dying Light 3.

Regarding the poll itself, the GRE Agent-turned came first, with a story revolving around a survivor coming in next.
