To begin with the recipe of this desi-style crispy fried chicken, all you need to do is prepare a thick batter. For this, take a bowl and add gram flour, add red chilli powder, cumin powder, ginger-garlic paste, salt, yogurt and water. Mix everything well. Set aside.

Meanwhile, in a separate bowl, take chicken slices and marinate them with red chilli powder, salt, cumin powder and lemon juice.

Last step is to heat oil in a pan, add marinated chicken and deep fry golden to the perfection. Once done, take the pieces out and sprinkle some chaat masala followed by chopped coriander leaves. Serve with chutney, onion rings and lemon wedges.
