Since it is a tiramisu, Pooja has followed the classic style of layering biscuit and cream on top of each other. For the cream, she has used vegan friendly materials like oats, chia seeds, dates for sweetness and peanut butter powder for extra flavour. Layer that in your dessert bowl or even your coffee mug, place biscuits dipped in coffee on top, add then the vegan cream layer, the biscuits and repeat until the bowl is full. Take it a notch higher and sprinkle some cocoa powder on top, freeze and enjoy this delicious breakfast the next morning.
