BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Campbellsville (Ky.) leads after day one of the Mid-South Conference Women’s Golf Fall Tournament at Bowling Green Country Club.
The Tigers shot a two-round 636 (317-319) to lead heading into the final round on Tuesday. Lindsey Wilson (Ky.) sits two-shots behind Campbellsville after shooting a 638 (316-322) while Cumberland (Tenn.) is third with a 642.
Closing out the top-five of the team standings are Cumberlands (Ky.) in fourth with a 646 and Pikeville in fifth with a two-round score of 673.
Lindsey Wilson’s Malene Clausen sits atop the individual leaderboard after recording 4-over par 148 (76-72). Campbellsville’s Gracie Parrott is second after the first two rounds with an 8-over 152 (77-75). Freed-Hardeman’s (Tenn.) Bailey Gilbert sits in third with a 154.
Cumberland’s Nathalie Nutu is in fourth with a 157 while Pikeville’s Boo Newsome and Campbellsville’s Abigail Coffey are tied for fifth with a 158.
Freed-Hardeman sits in sixth with a 685, Thomas More (Ky.) is seventh after carding a 695 and Georgetown (Ky.) is eighth with a 703.
Bethel (Tenn.) sits in ninth with a score of 725. Tennessee Southern and Shawnee State (Ohio) round out the team standings with a 786 and a 792, respectively.
The final round of the MSC Women’s Golf Fall Tournament begins at 8 a.m. CT at Bowling Green Country Club.
