Investment Rationale
Aster DM reiterated a strong medium-term India outlook, while guiding for a healthy trajectory in GCC. Value unlocking plans are on track with Saudi sale likely soon, followed by GCC restructuring in the next six months. At CMP, the stock is trading at implied FY2024E EV/EBITDA multiples of just 9X and 5X for India and GCC, respectively. With a sharpened India focus and restructuring in the offing, there is certainly room for rerating, the brokerage said.

Promoters held 37.88 per cent stake in the company as of 31-Dec-2021, while FIIs owned 10.95 per cent, DIIs 8.45 per cent.
