BGMI: Krafton Releases Family of Gamers Part 2 After 11 Months Delay

Krafton India has finally released Family of Gamers Part 2 on May 22. This continues the story from the cliffhanger ending of Part 1. It also released a recap for the first episode for the audience and BGMI fans so that they can be up to speed. The web series is based around BGMI and portrays the story of two Indian families ready to step on to the virtual battlegrounds. These families plan to settle one of the most contested issues in an Indian neighborhood with BGMI, Parking space. BGMI return announcement resumes the Family of Gamers web series

BGMI just announced its return and Krafton India is keeping the hype train with the return of the Family of Gamers web series. As part of the return, it released the recap for part 1 with announcement of Part 2. The first part was released in June 2022 before the game got banned. Now that the game has been unbanned, though temporarily, BGMI fans can catch the Part 1 on the official YouTube channel of BGMI. They can also watch the Part 2 of Family of Gamers web series below.

Family of Gamers Recap: Story So Far

Revisiting Part 1, there are multiple layers to the story of the two young boys facing each other in a BGMI match. Families of both these boys have been in a dispute over a contested parking space. As for the boys, they are playing for bragging rights to prove which one is the pro and who is the ‘wannabe’ BGMI player among them.

To settle the issues for the last time, the families decided to play against each other in a BGMI game. Except for the boys, the families do not have any experience of playing BGMI. To combat this, both players start training sessions in their respective homes. During the training phase of Part 1, we see a lot of quips, and relatable insights about middle class India families. The web series shows relationships within families intermingled with the introduction of BGMI into their lives.

At the end of Part 1, we see one of the boys sustain a thumb injury by accidentally cutting his thumb while cooking. This injury was the cliffhanger Part 1 ended on. The recently released recap of this episode was short and it ended with an announcement about the release date of Part 2.
